It's a challenge for Australia to set fresh records.

The top summits have long been mastered.

This is the squad that has secured seven Cricket World Cups, along with another six T20 titles, and once went nearly four years undefeated in 50-over cricket.

The alternative records, targeted by the record chasers, are all that remain for a side that has accomplished all there is.

That it took up to Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase exceeding 300, reclaiming their record for the largest in the women's 50-over format, is, honestly, a testament to the pitchers that have represented Australia over the last half-century.

By the time she was removed the team required another 66 at one run per ball - an achievable target now requiring a leisurely stroll.

"Pursuing 330 is unfamiliar ground so I'm happy we have the confidence to do that now," added Healy.

"Ideally we won't need to do it again but, if necessary, we know we can achieve it."

That comment will be the final thing Australia's opponents at this tournament need to hear.

In recent days a feeling they will triumph from any situation has grown stronger - this triumph following success over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite being 76-7 at a certain moment.
